I’ve been with Goldcrest (Wolverhampton) now for 2 months, and have been allocated the same 2 carers throughout. This is important/relevant as the previous agency gave me SEVENTEEN different carers, which caused confusion and great distress. This agency has excellent standards, which is instilled by the Manager, therefore the girls’ standards in all areas are extremely high. Their presence/attendance, care for my security and safety, attention to detail/awareness of my disabilities with Goldcrest are the carers’ priority; all of these have previously (with other agencies) have been ignored. So far, my experience with this agency has been like the good old days, and I am very happy indeed.
